Deep dive into the end-to-end packaging platform, including air, hotel, car, and ancillaries

Review current partners, pricing rules, and elite customer behavior

Align with key stakeholders: Product, UX, Loyalty, IT, Finance

Identify quick wins, friction points, and revenue opportunities

Leverage time with consultant/contractor to ensure that I get up-to-speed with project, immediate needs, understand risks, etc.
Phase 2: Days 31-60 [Prioritize & Launch]

Launch 1–2 high-impact initiatives for premium customers (bundles, promotions, or new packaging offers)

Work with Product & Tech to ensure platform feasibility and clean implementation

Align marketing with Kinective Media and Commercial teams

Launch controlled pilot/test in market with defined success metrics (conversion, yield, engagement)
Phase 3: Days 61 - 90 [Scale & Govern]

Establish governance and audit frameworks for pricing, content, and availability

Document repeatable processes for partner onboarding and campaign approvals

Build a 12-month roadmap for premium packaging, new destinations, and partner expansion
